Notes : This work reports for the first time the growth of completely amorphous PbSe films by chemical deposition and the crystallization of the deposited film upon heating. The influence of the structure on the photoconductivity is studied. The origin of the anomalous photoconductivity maximum is explained on the basis of grain size dependence of the effective gap.
